The characteristics of the Information Age are now becoming much more clear and include extreme complexity and extremely high rates of change. From the perspective of the recipient of the Enterprise’s products and services (from the customer’s perspective), the Enterprise will have to be integrated and will have to dynamically respond to the marketplace demands.
